About Protec
Professional Technologies, Incorporated ("Protec" for short) opened for business in April of 1971 as a burglar alarm company only. It was based in Narrows, Virginia and founded by Paul Craft. In 1991, Protec moved to the old Harley Davidson Motorcycle building in Princeton, West Virginia, where it currently resides. Mark Craft joined the company after graduation from Virginia Tech in 1992. In 2003, Protec bought Adam Electronics; a security company in Charleston, West Virginia. Protec currently operates within an approximately 200 mile radius of Princeton WV.
Protec is dedicated to customer service. Many customers have chosen Protec 3 or 4 times as they bought new homes and businesses. We realize the value of a satisfied customer.
